Dear Friends, This is the speech Mr. Basil Fernando​,Attorney at Law,​ made at the Public Meeting conducted by the National Movement for a Just Society and the Purawasi Balaya on 18th January 2017, in Colombo on the subject of "අලුත් ව්‍යවස්ථාවට බය කවුද ?" The first speaker to address the large gathering was Mr. Basil Fernando,Director Director,Policy and Programmes,​Asian Human Rights Commission,Hong Kong.
